Service Questions

While our services are often referred to as “senior home care,” that doesn’t mean that we only provide them at home! We offer quality care to clients wherever they are located—whether that be at home, in a nursing home facility, in the hospital, or within a retirement community.

Every family we serve receives a custom care plan specific to their needs and budget. Several factors help determine the exact cost:

  • Number of hours of care per week
  • Level of home care services received (nonmedical, skilled nursing, etc.)
  • Where services are provided

Contact us to discuss the exact rates for the services you may need. We’ll set up an in-home consultation to begin discussing a custom care plan and the rates for each service on your plan.

You can change the frequency or type of service we provide whenever it’s necessary. We understand the care situation can quickly change, so we’re as flexible as possible with your plan and need.

Based on your customized plan of care, caregivers will be matched by availability, skills, and personality. We strive to meet immediate needs or proactive planning.

Insurance Related questions

Yes. Every caregiver is insured and bonded. To help ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, we perform a criminal history background clearance and then cover each caregiver with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.

Medicare provides an eligibility tool to see if your family qualifies, but they typically don’t pay for the type of hourly personal care service that we provide. We may be able to provide documentation to third parties such as long-term care insurance companies that could help you obtain the best coverage possible.

We are very comfortable in guiding the policyholder with questions to ask the insurance carrier regarding their coverage. There are many Long Term Care companies that offer policies that cover home care.
